Who to Contact

Your elected officials and appointed commissioners make these decisions. Let them hear from you — especially District 6 Councilwoman Cheryl Tanner, who represents Bush.

Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission holds public hearings and makes recommendations on zoning cases, including 2026-4652-ZC. Commissioner Martino notably asked whether a community meeting would be held.

Tips for Contacting Officials

  • Be brief, respectful, and specific — reference case 2026-4652-ZC or any conditional use permit successor.

  • State your address and how the project would affect you personally (well, road, property).

  • Ask them to require a community meeting before any vote is taken.

  • Follow up — send an email after calling so there is a written record.
